Ordering FAQs
Online Shopping: We offer a secure online shopping cart
for your convenience. When you enter the checkout page asking for credit
card information you will then be on a secure server. If you are not
comfortable giving your credit card number online you can mail or fax
your order or order by phone at (909) 948-5583.
Order by Mail: Please shop using our shopping cart and
fill out the order form as requested. Then, before you reach the payment
page, you will be requested to print the order form instead of submitting
it. After the form is printed please close the shopping cart window
to cancel it out, then mail your order, along with any photo/text
and your payment, to Angelic Inspirations, 11531 Candela Dr., Rancho
Cucamonga, CA 91701.
Gift Purchases: If you would like your purchase to be a gift
then please check the gift card checkbox during checkout and fill
in the recipient's address as the shipping address. The purchase will
be shipped to the recipient with a gift card and without a receipt
in the box. If the gift is personalized and we need a photo to proceed
we will email the recipient a gift certificate for the item, along
with instructions on how to send us the photo/text. If you prefer
NOT to have the recipient emailed please let us know via emai.
Payment: We accept PayPal, Checks, Money Orders and Cashier
Checks.
Personal checks will be held for 10 days before your order is fulfilled. If you
would like to use a credit card we suggest signing up for PayPal. It's fast and
easy and it's the #1 payment method for online auctions such as eBay.

Order Confirmation: Once you submit your online order an order
confirmation number will be sent to your e-mail address. You will have
the option to send your photo as .jpg attachment via e-mail or mail
us your photo (photo will be returned with your order). If you order
by fax we will fax you a confirmation number. Mailed orders do not receive
a confirmation.
UPS Tracking Number: Once the photo has been received and the
product has been created we will ship your order and email (or fax)
you the tracking number. You can then track your package via the internet.
Please remember that our personalized products take up to two weeks
to process once we receive your photo.
Return Policy: We strive to bring you the best possible personalized
products available and we want you to be completely satisfied with your
product. If the unfortunate occurs and you truly are not happy with
your non-personalized purchase, please return it within 5 days for store
credit. We are a company that still believes in "Customer Service" so
we will do everything in our power to work with you to correct the problem.
If there is a problem with the personalized purchase and it is deemed
by us to be an error on our part you can return it within 5 days for
an even exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable.

a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. Due to

personalized aspect of our products, it is very important that you
include your phone number and/or email address with your order so that
we have
a way of reaching you should a question arise.
